• Responsible to manage a portfolio of key accounts and delivering customer-focused solutions based on customer needs, including maintaining a strong sales pipeline through effective relationship building, account management and sales lead generation.
• Overall responsible on the key performance indicator (KPI), growth achievement, product portfolio, channel expansion, execution of the sales plans and promotional activity with distributors and partners.
• Providing accurate sales data and forecasts in timely manner to the demand planning and ensure good customer service and sales support is delivered at premium level.
• Analyzing and developing together with distributors and partners on the existing and future needs, joint strategies and proposed solutions in solving their customer’s issues.
• Building and collaborating with all internal and external stakeholders and be part of cross functional teams and working together in delivering solutions to meet distributors and their customer’s requirements.

Job Descriptions:

• Analyze Security, Application Systems, Database, and Networking work processes related to IT.
• Arrange and provide recommendations regarding IT and system Audit tools.
• Responsible for presenting written and oral audit reports.
• Follow up on audit findings to ensure that the auditee takes the corrective action.
• Prepares and ensures that audit-finding documents exist to support the completed audit and conclusion.
