Job Description:

• Oversee the quality control activities including inspection/testing records on incoming goods (IQC), process inspection (PQC), final inspection (FQC), and product performance test.
• Raise defective product complaint reports to suppliers, especially on receiving product defects, in- process inspection, and product improvement.
• Conduct inspection on nonconformance products “Discrepant Material Report” (DMR) and register into the Epicor system on manufacturing products.
• Investigate defective products in production and customer complaints (RMA) and follow up with corrective actions taken to ensure effectiveness.

• Conducting inspections of manufactured parts using CMM equipment to verify conformance to design specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards.
• Developing and maintaining CMM programs to accurately measure dimensions, geometric tolerances, and surface finishes of parts.

About the Job

Your role will involve reviewing and updating existing software development process documents, finalizing the QA process for both in-house and outsourced projects, implementing this QA process within the software development team, and collaborating with the headquarters QA Department to establish a global software quality assurance process.
