Role Overview
As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role involves leading a team, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and staying abreast of digital marketing trends.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic digital marketing plan aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to PPC, display, social media, and native advertising.
- Coordinate with creative teams to develop engaging and high-performing ad creatives.
- Monitor campaign expenses, optimize budget allocation, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Implement targeted audience strategies and segmentation based on demographics, behaviors, and other relevant criteria.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and analytics teams to align digital marketing strategies with broader business goals.
- Plan and conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize ad performance.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising channels, platforms, and technologies.
- Experience with PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads), social media advertising, display advertising, and programmatic advertising.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align digital advertising efforts with business objectives.
- Familiarity with ad tech solutions and emerging trends in the digital advertising landscape.
