Job Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or live chat, and provide accurate information or assistance.
• Listen attentively to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and find appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call resolution time, customer satisfaction scores, first call resolution rate, and adherence to schedule.
• Stay updated on product or service offerings, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM graduate and proficient with both English & Chinese languages.
• Possessed experiences in customer service line, preferably in Call Centre.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise and handle installation of products according to the proper procedures
Ensure the appropriate size and type of product is used for each project
Oversee and monitor assigned projects to ensure project is completed on time
Manage resources and coordinate with entire project team
Review, inspect and monitor the overall project to ensure successful completion

Requirements:

Qualification: Minimum SPM
Minimum 1 year related working experience
Able to liaise with English and Malay speaking counterpart
