Responsibilities
- To explore product composition to optimize product marketability and financial returns.
- To identify and prepare information required for pre-planning stage and in preparing feasibility studies in liaison with Sales & Marketing, Project Department, Contracts Department, Treasury Department and any other internal department whichever required.
- Well-versed in project planning, feasibility studies, cashflow projection, stakeholder management, finance, and authorities’ matter.
- Manage and coordinate with various external parties such as architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, respective local authorities and other property developer.
- Possess and familiar with the understanding of statutes: Housing Developer's Act. Strata Title Act, Strata Management Act, National Land Code, planning guideline, Building by Law and other related legislation.
- To maintain value chain and ensure up-to-date information on building materials/cost in order to meet the development quality and budget.
- To assist and ensure that the design is in accordance with the approved Product Brief and Budget Plan.
- To monitor and supervise the development of Concept through the Schematic design process for Management’s approval.
- To assist in overall planning, implementation, and execution of projects to ensure successful completion of the projects.
- Recap and create debriefs for every completed project; facilitate discussions on lessons learned and new knowledge gained; document properly and share

- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Qualification or Master's Degree in Valuation, Architecture, Town Planning, Property Development/Real Estate Management.
- Minimum 3 year(s) of working experiences in property development industry related to project planning and development
- Able to work independently, innovative, result-oriented team player, and highly motivated personality.
- Skills in MS Office, MS Project, and any relevant software designed for Project Management in the Property Development Industry.
- Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Able to work independently and also good teamwork
