We are looking for people who take initiative and ownership in their work. As part of our team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing innovative test strategies and trimming procedures for MEMS-based sensors.

We seek individuals who can think outside the box and contribute creatively to our projects. You will have the opportunity to develop and optimize test concepts and programs for testing, characterization, and customer samples. Your understanding of system functionality, testability, and product quality will be invaluable as you collaborate within our development team.

Driving innovation is at the core of what we do. You will have the autonomy to independently create and design test strategies, working closely with MEMS Development. Additionally, you will take charge of the technical conception, development, and setup of laboratory facilities within the fab.

Reliability is key in our team members. You will coordinate module-specific measurement technology development in collaboration with advanced engineering, various development departments, and production. This includes meticulous tracking of time schedules and costs.

Lastly, we expect our team members to effectively delegate tasks. You will assign hardware and software development tasks to both external service providers and internal colleagues. Managing the workflow and ensuring accountability for results will be crucial in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize or design new production processes in cooperation with product engineers, to enable product quality and yield.
• Debug and add new features to internally developped measurement software for the laboratory in C++ or C#.
• Enable testing new production methods and product variants in the laboratory.
• Create documentation of the production processes and support their implementation.
• Collaborate with colleagues in multiple locations and domains on a daily basis.

1. Conduct Operator Specific Skill (OSS) or Logistic Specific Skill (LSS) training for related associates on the assigned workstation according to the Standardized Work Sequence.
2. Maintain up-to-date operators training records in Skill Matrix Database.
3. Plan and schedule operators' training, certification and recertification and coordinate with production on the training schedule.
4. Carry out Policy Deployments, Briefings and Simulations (Central Directives, BPS, WAtS etc).
5. Evaluate operator performance for certification purposes.
6. Prepare training material (e.g. training modules, training aids, notes).
7. Constantly upgrade the current training manuals / methods (power point presentation & mpeg format) to ensure all training modules are applicable to the respective work stations (synchronized with BPS requirements).
8. Work independently to obtain training materials (e.g. training aids, samples, notes, process info, quality indicators and correct work sequence).
9. Participate actively in New Product Training during Engineering Build, Pre-Pilot and Pilot Runs to ensure all critical milestones are met for OSS and LSS Certification for new product.
10. Maintain discipline at all time to ensure effective operators training.
11. Ensure all training facilities are maintained in tip-top condition.
12. Provide up-to-date operator training data whenever required.
13. Prepare and execute documentations accurately and in a timely manner (e.g. Training Records, Training Attendance, OSS/OJT Tracking and Premium Forms).
14. Conduct the monitoring of operators on the production shop floor by doing line audits to ensure operators follow the process stated in the Standardized Work Instruction and Quality Indication.
15. To follow defined Standard Operating Procedures in the Department.
16. Inform superiors on any non-confirming issues in the Training Section.
17. Practice good housekeeping (7S), safety and security conscious at all times.
18. Carry out any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Release Work Order through SAP and MES
2. Plan, schedule, monitor and follow up closely on production performance and expedite the work order to ensure shipments to customer are meet
3. Regular interface with Production Manager/Supervisor/Leaders, Manufacturing Engineers and other required personnel to achieve the output goal and shipment requirement
4.  To communicate and coordinate especially with Production team regularly to ensure smooth flow of production
5. To prepare reports in timely manner

8. Participate in Improvement Projects related to Planning/Manufacturing or Automation

2. To perform test data analysis with IT tools and statistical methods to benchmark test sites or investigate performance of new manufacturing sites
3. Coordinate Bosch internal change management, generate and track engineering change requests for semiconductor products
4. Support new products introduction within our international production network

6. The candidate is required to manage product data in series production and coordinate product issues at multiple manufacturing locations around the globe
7. Responsible to the monitoring of quality and costs of the products inclusive of planning, controlling and supervising product improvement projects

9. The candidate is required to coordinate manufacturing activities of sensor products in an international production network in cooperation with the development and manufacturing departments

• Coordinates with Central IT department for all Plant IT Infrastructure setup, IT Infrastructure maintenance & IT Infrastructure improvement
• Manage the asset planning, procurement & controlling for all IT Infrastructure equipment
