The Cricut Creative Department is a multi-faceted team of dreamers and doers who bring the Cricut brand to life through exceptional creative content. This in-house team turns business strategy into visual reality with best-in-class, forward-thinking solutions that consider the full scope of consumer touchpoints. The team is comprised of four key areas: Design, Copy, Project Design, and Operations. Together, their work helps people lead creative lives.
The Creative Department’s Operations Team is a highly-collaborative group of project managers who shepherd creative requests from inception to launch and beyond. This team ensures Marketing requests are considered fully-integrated across all consumer touchpoints, with all relevant information ready to be briefed to the respective Creative teams. They own all processes and workflows and are accountable for scoping work, building timelines, facilitating meetings, and more – all in support of enabling the Creative team to produce their best work.
The Creative Project Specialist supports the operations functions within the Cricut Creative team and is responsible for guiding work from final delivery of assets to production or launch for various creative projects at scale and on time, working closely with internal and external teams. You are a thoughtful individual responsible for the successful result of our various digital and printed assets.
In this role, you will own trafficking assets into our various end state DAMs for production and set-up by our partners and vendors. This includes both management and ownership of print-ready packaging and signage files (including going on press runs) and digital assets tied to campaigns and launches. You will support best-in-class asset management for the Creative team, as well as delivery and access of these assets by the larger team's functions, ie. marketing, channel, product, and packaging.
You will report to the Creative Operations Director to support the overall creative function, and aid in the ongoing identification of tools and methodologies that help our teams produce their best work in sustainable ways.
