Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Economics or related field.

• Strong experience in SME banking, corporate banking, portfolio management, or banking product strategy.
• Proven skills in business analysis, sales planning, product performance management, sales planning and data-driven decision making.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Tech-savvy, reporting/dashboard tools and familiar with AI or digital analytics tools is an added advantage.

This is a full-time position, either based in Kuala Lumpur or Singapore, reporting to Head of Product.

Core Responsibilities:

• Product design and pipeline management: Lead the design, development, and delivery of software modules that make payee verification seamless, compliant, and scalable.
• Feature and enhancement delivery: Collaborate with business development and engineering to ship enhancements to our API products that streamline processes, reduce friction, and create moments of genuine customer delight - from faster onboarding to more intelligent match results.
• Data analysis and mapping: Dig into performance data and international payment scheme intelligence to surface insights that drive product decisions - identifying where we can reduce failed payments, strengthen fraud prevention, and unlock new market opportunities.
• Enablement: Champion the product inside and out - equipping sales and client-facing teams with the tools and narratives to win, and working closely with clients to ensure successful onboarding, strong adoption, and the kind of ongoing relationship that turns customers into advocates.
• Cross-functional alignment: Be the connective tissue across engineering, sales, operations, and communications - translating priorities, removing blockers, and making sure every team is moving in the same direction to bring the product to its full strength to our global market.

• 3 - 5 years of product management experience in cross-border payments, preferably in financial services or fintech
• Strong command of running product development processes and methodologies like Agile, Scrum, with a track record of taking products from concept to delivery
• Hands-on experience with customer-driven product development practices
• Exceptional analytical skills - able to structure databases, generate insights, guide decisions, and communication findings through storytelling and visualization
• Familiarity with API integrations, software solutions, and translating product features into logical rules, with basic code literacy
• A logical, algorithmically-minded approach to problem-solving - comfortable engaging with data, models, and machine learning concepts at a level that enables meaningful conversations with the engineering team

The Product Owner / Project Delivery Manager is the bridge between strategic vision and technical execution. Key responsibilities:

• Leading the delivery of the trading platform roadmap, enhancing the experience for global CFD and spread betting traders.
• Translating complex business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

We're looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our Technical Infrastructure team, specifically focusing on Data Platform.
