Our Newest Opportunity:
The Enrollment Specialist is a non-licensed member of the client services team and is responsible for executing eligibility tasks for employee benefits clients while ensuring timely execution and compliance with company policy and federal/state law. They will be tasked with driving results from carriers and holding them accountable for meeting established deadlines. The Enrollment Specialist may also handle other ancillary requests including but not limited to address changes, id card requests, summary of benefits requests, rate questions, etc. Requests may originate from various BenAdmin systems (primarily Employee Navigator) or from other members of the client services team.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. Accountable for supporting the Operations team locally and the Transportation Team across the National Network, in delivering high quality services to internal and external clients. Position is focused on supporting the operations team, Transportation Coordinators and Transportation Manager for surface transportation. The goal of the position is to aid in the daily duties of the Transportation Department and to deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining department goals. In order to be successful, this individual must be able to work in a high pressure, fast-paced environment, interact with all levels of the Pitney Bowes team members and develop relationships with the Pitney Bowes outside vendors.

The Payments domain in CBA brings together the process, people and technology assets supporting real-time, bulk electronic, cheques, high value and international payments processing for the Bank. The team have the monumental task of ensuring that 40% of the Australian economy are able to transact over $90 billion a day using the Bank’s services in a reliable manner. With the payments technology systems being at the heart of the Bank, almost every customer-facing channel relies on payments services in one way or another. The Data Services Crew within the Payments Domain has stewardship over the Bank’s payments data to support development of new customer propositions and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations. The team are responsible to build and lead the world-class data delivery capability across critical payments data platforms and highly visible change initiatives.
Your impact and contribution
As a Product Owner within the Payments Data Services Crew, you will work closely with the business to deliver exceptional outcomes for our business stakeholders and customers. You will be responsible for developing and delivering the data delivery for the Payments Domain. This will incorporate the delivery of new data, modernisation of existing data and development of the strategic roadmap for future state data delivery, in conjunction with the Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO). You will be leading a team of data delivery experts to achieve this, while creating a psychologically safe, inclusive, accountable and high performance culture, and working collaboratively within and across Crews.
This position reports to the Crew Lead, Payments Data Services.
