Performance of Duties
In the performance of your duties, you will report to the Manager or any other representative as deemed appropriate.
Responsibilities
1. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
2. Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
3. Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, schedules appointments, signs for incoming packages, and assists clients and other visitors.
4. Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.
5. Manages calendars for senior staff, including making travel arrangements.
6. Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents.
7. Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.
8. Prepares meeting agendas and takes meeting minutes.
9. Coordinates logistics for meetings, including room setup and catering (if needed).
10. Uses word processing and presentation software to create and edit documents.
11. Operates and maintains office equipment, including printers and copiers machines.
12. Works with maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure office equipment is in good working order and office supplies are always on hand.
13. Research as requested and compiles and summarizes information for reports or presentations.
14. Works closely with other TPH staff and supports other colleagues as needed.
15. Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Advertising & Digital Marketing personnel to lead our company’s group effort in assisting multiple brands under our care within the accommodation and property related industries. As the Advertising & Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating, enhancing, and maintaining engaging content that aligns with our stakeholders' vision and resonates with our target audiences. This role requires a unique blend of creative writing, social media expertise, and leadership capabilities. Other than that, this position will require you to deal directly with all directors in different portfolios and will be responsible for following:
· Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for multiple brands within the accommodation and property-related industries.
· Oversee the creation, optimization, and management of engaging content across various digital platforms.
· Lead the conceptualization and execution of multimedia advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities:
-Oversee Brandstores construction projects from conception, location sourcing to completion
-Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
-Coordinate and direct subcontractors to ensure completion on time
-Meet contractual conditions of performance
-Review the work progress on daily basis
-Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
-Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
-Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
-Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
Requirements:
-BA/MA degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field is preferred
