Responsibilities
Daily management of the overall material requirement listing to maintain minimum stock value.
To monitor and maintain inventory counts as well as verify stock accuracy; always ensure sufficient material; and that all materials are controlled, stored and segregated properly.
To monitor and follow up with vendors for their pending materials as per the purchase order.
Responsible for maintaining high accuracy of data and reports with the proper and systematic filing of all records and documents.
Perform continuous and timely follow-up for requesters’ pending spare parts and their return of used spare parts.
Prepare monthly and quarterly spare parts and material consumption reports.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of working experience in the related field.
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply too.
Possess a professional certificate or diploma in related course.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and pay attention to details.
Team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people from all levels.
Candidates with a GDL license are preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
1. Supervise daily IETS operation and performance.
2. Perform daily and weekly water testing.
3. Monitor chemicals and optimize the chemical treatment in IETS and equipment inventory.
4. Conduct performance monitoring of IETS.
5. Report and investigate any abnormality arising from IETS.
6. Monitor and improve working instruction for IETS.
7. Train internal staff for pH meter calibration, chemical dosing, troubleshooting and also safety when dealing with chemicals, safety at the workplace, schedule and any independent skills to make sure they can run the plant independently.
8. Record daily and monthly chemical consumption.
9. Troubleshoot IETS operation and maintenance of IETS equipment.
10. To coordinate with 3rd party Lab for weekly effluent analysis.
11. To conduct on-the-job training for operators on daily IETS operation and chemical preparation.
12. To assist in scheduled waste management and disposal.
13. Any other tasks assigned by the superior.
