Qualifications
1. Postgraduate degree or an undergraduate degree with proven academic training. Candidates from fields such as Law, Public Policy, Computing Science (focusing on social aspects and privacy security), Privacy Engineering, or related areas are encouraged to apply, especially those with interdisciplinary backgrounds.
2. Proficient in English, capable of fluent professional communication and academic/public writing.
3. Deep understanding and/or practical experience in legal, technical, and social issues related to privacy and data protection, familiar with EU data protection laws (GDPR, EUDPR, ePrivacy, LED, etc.). Ideally possess the foundational knowledge of EU (and other countries/regions) digital governance legislation since 2018.
