Job Responsibilities:

• Outbound call to save customer from churning from Company network.
• Provide accurate, efficient and quality service that exceeds our customers’ expectations.
• Submit daily feedback on saved to immediate supervisor.
• Adhere to escalation procedures of handling customer request & enquiry at all times.
• Maintain a high degree of responsibility towards customer confidentiality.
• Ensuring customers’ promise are fulfilled within the agreed SLA ( depends on the type of cases ), and ensure TM guidelines and target are met i.e 85%

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in All Business Field
• Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
• Preferably Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Required spoken language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin (an advantage)

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and review the work plan for junior staffs; assign work activities, review, and evaluate work products, methods, and procedures; meet with staffs to identify and resolve problems.
• Coordinate office activities and operations throughout the company to secure efficiency and maintain compliance to company policies.
• Assume management responsibility for assigned responsibilities to the admin & facilities division including purchasing, budgeting, accounting, personnel, information technology, and administrative support programs and services.
• Manage and participate in the development and implementation of department goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for assigned programs; recommend and administer policies and procedures.
• Focal point for all travel related inquiries including processing all travel requests (review and approve) in Concur system and provide advises to travel requestors according to policies and procedures.
• Identify recommendations for updates to the travel management processes based on practical application of business practices and feedback from stakeholders.
• Liaise with taxi and the preferred rental car company for incoming visitors.

WHO ARE YOU?

• Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Secretarial, Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management
• Preferably at least 5 years of related working experience.
• Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written.
• Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Administrative / Clerical or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of office management skill and basic accounting principles.
• Administrative/Corporate travel coordinator experience preferred.
• Ability to work a fast-paced environment, anticipate and respond to changing situations.
• Must have the ability and maturity to manage highly sensitive and confidential information.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and computer knowledge / skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
