As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for the employees of the designated subsidiaries/ country. The job entails administration of Time and Attendance records, computation of salary payment, statutory submission and/ or benefit administration. The job will also requires the job incumbent to participate on various payroll related projects include system enhancements and SOP documentation etc.
Reporting to Rewards & Service Excellence Lead, your responsibilities included but not limited to:
Job Description
Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and internal requirements.
Calculate and verify salary and compensation components.
Review and validate payroll results by preparing reconciliation report or any other reports as required by the Subsidiary. This may include tax, statutory deduction and contribution reports.
Perform monthly Time & Attendance verification and closing. Assist employees to manage irregular attendance records in the HR system. Address employees’ enquiries on their attendance records according to the HR policy.
Work closely with Subsidiary HR to ensure correctness of Payroll related data, and when needed help to investigate the system issues and raise change request to enhance HR system.
Review payroll process, procedures, making changes on the SOP while ensuring adequate controls are in place. Ensure all procedures are thoroughly documented and checklists shall be updated to ensure all essential process steps are followed through.
Provide resolution on the service requests raised by subsidiary within stipulated service level agreement (SLA)
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
Preferably with 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration in Shared Service Center.
Proven experience as a payroll specialist or similar role, with good understanding of payroll processing for Thailand.
Familiarity with Thailand employment law, tax regulation and statutory requirements.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Thai speakers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor third party security feeds, forums, and mailing lists to gather information related to the client through automated means
• Produce intelligence outputs to provide an accurate depiction of the current threat landscape and associated risk through the use of customer, community, and open source reporting

• Prepare training programme for Security Analyst and conduct knowledge sharing sessions for Security Analyst

Requirements:
• Degree holder with at least 5 years' of experience in related field and capacity
• Prior experience working in a Security Operations Centre (SOC) or Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT/CIRT)
• Possessed deep interest in open source research and critical thinking / contextual analysis abilities • Investigative and analytical problem solving skills
• An understanding of the current vulnerabilities, response, and mitigation strategies used in cyber security
• Related professional cyber security certification, such as GCIA, CEH, will be preferred

Support rebate accrual and reporting, including vendor one-off rebate, vendor rebate for future use (pass-through rebate to customer) and customer rebate
Support the implementation and roll out of new financial reporting tool and system
Lead and initiate enhancements to reporting and insight generation

Working Capital and Cash Flow Management
Vendor Receivable (VR) – Work with business team to reconcile one-off vendor rebate and ensure timely collection
Inventory – Closely monitor inventory level / aging status and drive action plan with business team to ensure proper inventory control in place
Accounts Payable (AP) – Manage trade payments with suppliers to optimize working capital for month-end / quarter-end cutoff and support payment approval
Cash Flow Management – Prepare cash flow projection and coordinate with Treasury team for credit facility requirement
Business Partnership
Serve as finance business partner/trusted advisor and work with various stakeholders to facilitate new business engagement, new vendor/customer enrollment, business decision support, and financial planning/forecasting
Develop financial model/template to support business opportunities to maintain the margin and ROWC requirements
Review and understand contractual terms in agreement/statement of work (SOW) along with various stakeholders to articulate financial implications
Coordinate with Controllership, RiBS, and Tax to ensure proper accounting and tax treatments for business transaction
Familiar with ERP system, SAP, BW, TM1, and Tableau experience a plus
