Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with full sets of accounts
- Ensuring timely monthly closings and accurate reporting
- Maintain proper record keeping, document management and filing to support accounting entries
- Assist with general ledger transactions, bank reconciliations, and schedules, ensuring correctness and timely submission for review
- Assist with credit control reviews and collection effectiveness
- Participate in various projects and tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Candidate may possess minimally a degree in accounting
- Minimum 2 year of working experience in commercial accounting or audit
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Able to support multiple demands independently and meticulously
- Strong organisation skills to handle large amount of paperwork
- Ability to work on your own initiative under a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
