Job Description

• Assist in the worksite implementation of Occupational Health & Safety Requirements.
• Follow all legal requirements on the project site. Notify supervisors and the ProjectManager of any health and safety issues as needed.
•  Conduct periodic site inspections to identify potential hazards to employee health and safety.
• Assist with evacuation and emergency exercises, as well as accident investigations on site.
•  Maintain compliance with the Company's HSE, Quality and Environmental standardsby following safety and health regulations and procedures, as well as appropriate policies and work instructions.

You will play an important role, such as:

1. Assist Resident Doctor during consultations (onlyne & physical), treatment procedures and appointment scheduling. 

2. Greet patients and assist in registration, conduct medical questionnaires interviews and attend to patient’s enquiries promptly and professionally. 

3. Provide briefing to patients on treatment procedures, pre and post-treatment conditions and complete the consent forms prior to treartment based on resident Physician recommendations. 

4. Update and maintain patient’s file that includes personal details, medical history, prescribed medications, patient notes, before and after photos, treatment details, equipment settings, package subscribed, sessions claimed into clinic systems and formats. 

5. Perform daily opening and closing activities for the clinic on patient files, sale billings, appointments, stock and inventory records. 

6. Ensure that the reception, patient-waiting area and treatment rooms are all immaculate, organized, cleaner regularly and tidy. This includes overseeing all relevant equipment being sterilized and machines cleaner before and after use. 

7. Assist in marketing campaigns set forth by the marketing department. 

8. Assist reporting manager to develop, feedback and maintain the department’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

9. Able to carry out nursing procedures suc as blood taking, wound dressing and dispensing or medications. 

10. Prioritize, organize and complete all assigned duties by the Management (planned and ad-hoc)

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have: 

a. Possess at least 2-3 years of clinical experience in related field. Experienced as a wound care nurse would be an added advantage to apply.

b. MUST have valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and Nursing Registration license from the Ministry of Health.

c. Good in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.

d. Pleasant personality and able to work under a stressful environment.

• Assist the accident investigation team to investigate the status and cause of each accident and establish measures to prevent similar accidents.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, plan, and implement site environmental, health, and safety procedures/programs and ensure alignment with Global EHS policies, operation control procedures, goals, and objectives.
• Ensure site compliance with government and local EHS & Sustainability compliance regulations and handle all contact with appropriate agencies. Ensure required regulatory and internal performance metric reports are submitted accurately and within the established timeline.
• In the context of the EHS program, other responsibilities include regulatory interpretations, planning, auditing, and evaluation and implementation of information systems.
• Analyze loss control and accident reports and develop, implement, and maintain procedures to minimize losses or accidents.
• Ensure appropriate corrective action is taken where environmental, health, and safety hazards exist.
• Conduct the material handling and ergonomics assessment for employees and formulate solutions to ergonomics hazards.
• Review and approve the contractor permit to work via the e-PTW (Electronic Permit To Work) system.
• Review and control risk assessment and environmental aspects in the workplace with relevant stakeholders
