Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent sales & customer services in retail outlets to achieve sales targets.
- Handle enquiries and respond to customers’ feedback in professional manner.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Able to travel / outstation.
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from customers.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above OR with sales experience preferably in retail / jewellery industry / luxury brands.
- With at least 1-2 years of experience in sales is an advantage.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Presentable and outgoing.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Conversant with Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin / Cantonese / Hokkien is an advantage.
- Diligent and able to work independently with low supervision.
