A day in the life of...

Manage the professional product portfolio:

• Drive awareness for the Nespresso Professional (NN Pro) propositions among decision makers and end-users including local above-the-line campaigns for office with brand communications team
• Derive strategies to grow awareness and consideration amongst the key B2B (Business-to-Business) segments of Office and HORECA, in close cooperation with B2B commercial team
• Execute the product strategy and execute commercial value propositions (incl. new products/services)
• Scale up impact of the local digital presence, including the NN Pro website, through content adaptation, creation and activation in close cooperation with the local brand communication and ecommerce teams
• Review the channel's portfolio performance continuously to understand and suggest possible optimizations, e.g. promotion, pricing, portfolio rationalization, with support from data & insights
• Conduct annual deep dives on market, trends and competitive development for coffee, machines, accessories and services to fuel the local product strategy and marketing plan, in collaboration with Data & Insights
• Benchmark local performance with international best practices and local competitive environment
• Manage and develop 1 direct report, a B2B Marketing Assistant, who supports in administrative and operational matters

Implement global product launches and initiatives to meet local market business and marketing objectives:

• Conceptualise and execute all launches in the area of coffee, machines, accessories and services for the channel
• Execute the activation (e.g. acquisition, promotion) strategy for the channel
• Execute market specific local initiatives
• Support continuous improvement through conducting pre-and post-evaluations of product launches & themes

Lead Generation:

• Execution of lead generation activities, esp for office, including direct mail campaigns, CRM and events
• Collect and process leads and match these with Nespresso customer knowledge to determine 'readiness' of each lead and determine relevant follow-up actions, in collaboration with media team, CRM and agency
• Pro-actively explore new lead generation strategies and tactics
• Efficiency analysis of the different lead generation marketing activities
• Review of and constant optimization of the sales tools, e.g. presentation, materials, speech

What will make you successful

• University degree in marketing, commercial or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years experience in Product and/or Brand management role
• Worked for an organisation with leading brands and a strong commercial mindset
• Experience in project management (of complex projects)
• Experience in the B2B or HORECA segment is a bonus

A day in the life of a Planning Executive…

• Responsible for the purchasing activities of raw & packing materials & indirect materials & services to meet factory production program & respective technical & support functions' services requirement at acceptable & required quality, required quantity at price per negotiated by stakeholders.
• Optimise inventory holding costs vs delivery frequency/related costs for major/key materials (Raw & Pack & inclusive non-saleable HALB).
• Launch a constrained, feasible and realistic Detailed Production Schedule (DPS) plans for Finished/Semi-Finished Goods for production run in consensus with MPS planner.
• To monitor and expedite delivery of purchases to ensure timely delivery for production.
• To manage daily production planning (DPS) for factory and ensure Detailed Production Scheduling is consistently delivering achievable plans for factory's related plant production process & filling operations within given Master Production Schedule.
• To coordinate & liaise with relevant stakeholders (Production, QA, Application Group, Warehouse,etc.) in area relating to factory DPS planning to ensure timely supply for local & export sales with inclusive of customer orders fulfillment. Highlight in the event of high stock of factory's related products, drop in forecast & low stock with sudden surge in demand.
• Manage exceptions & Follow up with corrective and preventive actions:Production shortfalls :– review with MPS planner and discuss with production for speedy recovery.
  Quality non conformance – liaison with QA team on estimated release, salvaging method and recovery plans.
  Material shortfalls – review on the delivery plan and reschedule recovery based on next arrival date.
  

What will make you successful

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in material planning or inventory control
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Solid team player with the ability to lead and multi-task.
