Job Description 

• To conduct desk and field investigation for both issuing and merchant acquiring fraud.
• To identify gaps along the processes to minimize fraud risks.
• Review any suspicious applications escalated by any channels and returned to them within the internal Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Investigate and resolve any fraud cases with comprehensive findings and recommendations.
• Conduct interviews and/or interrogation with customers and staff pertaining to fraud issues.
• Establish an effective and valuable relationship with other financial institutions, non-financial institution, law enforcement agencies and government sectors to combat fraud.
• Conduct fraud awareness trainings to internal customers.
• Conduct site visit and/or field investigation to suspicious merchant / potential new merchant.
• Conduct merchant training as and when required.
• Conduct field investigation on confirmed fraud/collusive merchant or Common Purchase Point (CPP) merchants identified by card brands or issuing banks.
• Conduct post-mortem or review meeting with CAD and business/product owners to minimize the fraud risks.
• To represent the Company in MRMTF meeting and court appearance for fraud cases.
• To conduct joint investigation with industry players as and when required.
• To conduct periodic review on process flow and update the operation manual (where necessary).
• To maintain proper records and audit trails for all work related matters, sources documents, manuals and intellectual assets of the Company, in not to place the Company in any compromising situation.
• To ensure operational processes are in compliant with the card brands & regulatory guidelines.
• To carry out any other duties as assigned and directed by the Management.

Job Requirement 

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Minimum eight (8) years’ experience in card / banking fraud investigation experience.
• Excellent team player, results-oriented and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Credit card, personal loans and consumer merchandize knowledge.
• Good analytical skill.
• Computer Literate.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct credit review on new credit applications and other proposals involving credit exposures as well as non-performing receivables in accordance with the company’s credit policies and guidelines.
• To provide coaching and guidance to junior Credit Associate (CA) on product knowledge, credit assessment technique and company’s internal policies and procedures.
• To review reports prepared by Senior Associate (SA) and CA and to support/supervise their preparation of credit evaluation reports, analysis of market condition, economic development and industry review.
• Perform regular updates on industry review by the rating/research houses for the reference of Business Units to keep abreast with the fast-changing business landscape and environment.
• To conduct joint customer visits with Business Units and Branch visits when necessary.
• To support the department's review of new products’ performance, including risk monitoring to identify trends/risk characteristics of loan portfolio.
• To undertake and assist matters in the spectrum of Risk Management related scope and any other duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Studies, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent with Chartered Banker (CB)/ Associate Chartered Banker (ACB)/ Professional Credit Certification (PCC)/ Certified Credit Professional (CCP) qualification.
• Preferably possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in evaluation of commercial loans.
• A team player with strong leadership skills, good communication skills with a proactive problem-solving attitude.

Role & Responsibilities;

Assist to effectively manage customer relationships and in developing and executing strategies that improve customer engagement and retention, increase sales, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Job scope;

• Assist in developing and executing the overall CRM strategy for the company.-Yearly planning.

-Data Management

• Manage customer data, ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date in the CRM system.
• Manage members contact information, purchase history & behaviour, warranty and preferences.
• Segment customers based on their demographics, purchasing behavior, and travel preferences, which could be used to personalize marketing and communication efforts.

-Report & Analysis

• Create and maintain reports that analyze customer data and provide insights to the CRM team.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, such as popular product lines or peak travel seasons, which could inform future marketing and sales strategies (refer to No.1 – CRM planning)
• Analyse data to ensure promotional /marketing campaign effectiveness.

-Customer Service

• Provide high quality & support to customers, answering their queries and resolving any issues they may have.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing their complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Improve member satisfaction.

-Feedback collection

• Collect feedback from customer/member through surveys or other means to identify areas for improvement and to understand customer satisfaction levels. This information can be used to improve product offerings and customer service.

-Communication and Campaigns

• Manage communication with customers through sms, whatsapp, email, direct mail, and other channels (refers to many channels such as video in FB, instagram, tiktok & more)
• Plan and execute “marketing” campaigns that are targeted at specific customer/member segments and also specific seasonal campaign/Event plan needed.

-Loyalty Programs

• Assist in the design and implementation of loyalty programs to reward and retain customers, such as offering discounts, free luggage, free gift with repeat purchases & more.
• Explore a possibility of collaborating with others companies, partnership to lets members to enjoy others benefit as part of their loyalty program rewards.
