JOB DESCRIPTION :-

· To perform both preventive maintenance and repair/daily maintenance work to all equipment used in production and to minimize down time.

· To analyze and report to superior on any faults found in production equipment which may directly or indirectly cause defect to production.

· To propose new idea of facilities in order to improve production yield and productivity.

· To prepare maintenance report on daily basis to fulfill ISO requirement.

· To monitor the production line to meet the schedule given.

· Involve in company's improvement activities.

· Perform additional job as required by Superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:-

· Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Advanced/Higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Tool & Die, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.

· At least 2 years working experience in related field.

· Able to work overtime.

· Able to work independent.

· 對生產設備中發現的可能直接或間接導致生產缺陷的故障進行分析並向上級報告。

· 提出新的設備概念，以提高產量和生產力。

· 每天準備維修報告以滿足ISO要求。

· 監控生產線是否符合給定的時間表。

· 參與公司的改進活動。

· 依照上級的要求執行額外的工作。

工作要求：-

· 候選人必須至少擁有電氣、機械、工具和模具、機電工程或同等學歷的專業證書/文憑/高級/高級證書。

· 至少2年相關領域工作經驗。

· 能適應加班。

· 能夠獨立工作。
