Job Responsibilities:-

• To fully responsible on matters related to Logistics Department.
• To manage the Logistics operations and coordinate all transportation/delivery related activities.
• Responsible for ensuring shipments are cleared from ports to warehouses on a timely manner, internal transfers of stocks between locations and clearance of aging stocks.
• To monitor the movement of goods and ensure that all are delivered on time.
• To check, verify and confirming shipping documents from China.
• To update and maintain shipping schedule.
• To issue LOA/LOI letter for shipping line.
• To prepare product costing.
• Checking and coding for Logistics Invoices (SST, Inland & Forwarding).
• To followup closely on Insurance Claims & Goods Delivery Status.
• To issue Transfer Note / Move Order.
• Any new assignments which may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:-

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Logistics or related field.
• Proven experience as an Logistics Executive or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Logistics Operation.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to Logistics operations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and branches.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• 準備產品成本會計。
• 物流發票檢查和編碼（SST、內陸和貨運）。
• 密切跟進保險索賠和貨物交付狀態。
• 發出轉移通知/轉移指令。
• 可能不時分配的任何新任務

About the job
This is a permanent position reporting to the Manager within the company. Your duties will principally providing support to the management of the business operations of the company. The role encompasses day-to-day general office administration. As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the office operations of the business.
As the Office Administrator, you will be playing a all-round role in ensuring smooth operation of the company. Your duties will principally providing support to the technical team. This will consist of general administration and reception of the office, managing correspondence and coordinate all admiistrative activites. You will also provide the support to the technical team in all aspects of project administration.
The candidate
•Female preferred in age group 23-30.
•Potential candidate for this office role must possess a Diploma qualification in Business Studies or any other disciplines and have some 2-3 years of office administration experience.
•Candidates must possess good and effective communication skills, verbal and written in English and conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin.
•To be successful in this role, you must be flexible and able to deal with all levels of people across the business.
•Advances MS Office skills.
