Roles & Responsibilities:
- 1+ Years experience as PMO.
- Support Program Lead in providing oversight of purpose, status, project financials, risks and issues across projects and coordinate decision-making at Program level to ensure Program goals are monitored properly.
- Perform management reporting and responsible for collating reports for senior management teams.
- Arrange and assist with organization for project activities.
- Assist PM in preparing various governance presentations, on-boarding, off-boarding, and extension of project resources.
- Capture meeting minutes and distribute as per project communication needs.
- Support procurement-related activities such as getting quotes from vendors, raise purchase requests, process invoices, and facilitate payment in consultation with Project or Program Managers.
- Any Graduate or Diploma Discipline. Work from Office.
