• To liaise on related matters with relevant departments where required.
• Other assigned duties by superior / management from time to time.

• Minimum Diploma Holder or equivalent of the education level.
• Experience with ISO 13485 or ISO-related companies will be an added advantage.
• Showing proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control 
  procedures. 
• Monitor and maintains current inventory level, create monthly inventory reports 
  accurately, records the in and out of the items, and label inventory items that will be used. 
• Gather, analyze, and enter data for Field Service needs. 
• Shipping, receiving and delivery of incoming/outgoing stock, machine parts and 
  devices. 
• Research potential vendors & co-ordinate repairs with vendors. 
• Track and analyze stock usage to insure the most cost-effective use of budgeted dollars. 
• Recommend min - max sparing levels based upon usage statistics. 
• Recommend new parts and old parts to purge based upon usage. 
• Coordinate with logistic team for stock transfer, deliveries, tagging and processing. 
• Research viable suppliers for the purchase of inventory items. 
• Administrate and track outsourced warranty repairs, responsible for all the 
  material quality control. 
• Recommend operational process improvements.

• Oversee the entire inventory lifecycle, from purchase orders to customer billing.

• Develop plans for production and inventory management to align with projects and promotional activities.

• Perform financial risk assessments on inventory and production processes.
