Job Purpose:
Develop and maintain efficient process, system, information, database for optimum utilisation to support business requirements.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Business Process and System Management
· Evaluate and identify gaps in the processes, data flows, systems of Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra (MPO) covering artistic management, orchestra management, music education and talent development; provide recommendations and solutions for more effective and efficient systems and processes in order to achieve operational excellence.
2. Database Management
· Evaluate, implement, and maintain best of arts database system for MPO and Malaysian Philharmonic Youth Orchestra (MPYO).
· Coordinate the creation and maintenance of data including details of guest artists, conductors, agency, and fee structure, MPO and MPYO musicians, audition candidates etc. for up-to-date and accurate reporting and further utilization by authorized parties.
3. Schedule Management
· Collate and coordinate the distribution of monthly MPO schedule to relevant parties at least one month in advance.
· Affirm instrumentation for each repertoire piece, in consultation with the Library and update weekly seating / casting template in a timely manner.
4. Evaluation Post Performance with Guest Artists and Conductors
· Develop online survey for evaluation of MPO guest conductors and artists. Manage the collation of evaluation from MPO musicians; tabulate and analyze the survey results for future improvements.
5. Information Management
· Create and maintain website for MPO musicians to access up-to-date information, including weekly rehearsal orders, seating, and castings.
· Coordinate the timely update of weekly rehearsal orders, seating, and castings on the appropriate MPO bulletin boards.
6. Recording Management
· Act as primary liaison for MPO/MPYO recordings and other A/V productions. Supervise the planning, budget, logistics, and set-up for recordings. Assist with the recording, mixing, mastering, and editing processes, as assigned.
7. Other Duties as Assigned by the CEO
· Plan and execute all other duties as assigned by the CEO.

The Client Data Specialist is responsible to create, maintain, and troubleshoot GfK POS reports, and to ensure GfK data and reports are delivered within stipulated time to the designated destination correctly with high accuracy in term of data format and quality, based on client subscriptions. Create reporting templates in system based on requirement provided by commercial team. Perform maintenance and troubleshooting when there are report and data issue.
Troubleshoot issue with data, reporting system, and delivery systems by understanding all interconnected parts in between.
Ensure all reports are delivered in high quality and on time. Monitor report generation status and resolve any issue that might occurred during this process.
Communicate with stakeholders with local and regional commercial team on topics regarding reporting and delivery.
Discuss with international team to resolve issue from reporting and delivery systems.
Handle all Jira tickets and ensure all tickets are complete with high quality and within the approved SLA. Provide solutions and support on reporting related issue, requests or queries raised by stakeholders thru Jira.
Participate fully in delegated minor/major ad hoc projects.
Set up, modify, and troubleshoot GfK’s complex online reporting tool.
Post-process of reports by running automation tools.
Blast memo to external clients on issues about delivery and change of data.
Liaise with other teams within GSCs and regional & global teams for issues impacting data quality and delivery timeliness.
Process any work-related tasks as assigned by immediate superior.

You have...
Diploma/ Degree level in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistic, or any other related fields.
Advanced computer literacy, especially in the areas of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Very good command of English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage.
Basic concept of working with databases.
