Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the full set of accounts, which includes Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, General Ledger, account reconciliation, and other related duties in the retail/manufacturing industry.
• Prepares and maintains performance sheets of sales, costs, and profit & loss.
• Creates, maintains, and updates financial databases and spreadsheets, and generates various financial reports as required.
• Liaises with regulatory bodies for matters relating to tax (Corporate income tax/withholding tax/goods and services tax/sales services tax) and secretarial matters.
• Prepares and coordinates the audit process and tax submissions.

• Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 3 to 4 years of experience in account-related work.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of SQL accounting software is required.

Responsibilities:

• To defend, loyalize and develop the given accounts of beauty or haircare salons.
• To consistently acquire and conquest New Accounts via distributions in a given target and continously expand the sector of coverage in the given area.
• Provide quality customer services to all salons and maintain excellent trade relationship.
• To visit and conduct Quarterly Business reviews with all the Accounts.

We have the exciting opportunity for Nurse Support Practitioners to come and join our new Complex Transition Support Service! This is a permanent, full-time role, Monday - Friday. The service will work closely with North East and North Cumbria (NENC) Integrated Care Board (IBC) Complex Case Management team. The overall aim for CTSS is to support the discharge of people from acute secondary care inpatient beds / private hospital beds into alternative community settings. CTSS will also assist in the repatriation of people back to the NENC region for those currently residing out of area. The service will provide assessments, discharge planning support and 12 weeks post transition support to settle people into their new accommodation. About the job As a CTSS Nurse Support Practitioner, you will work with service users and relevant external staff teams to ensure timely, safe and effective transition from acute inpatient areas into community settings. Key Responsibilities Manage the needs of service users, carers and partner services to ensure delivery (inclusive of all required resident records) meets all relevant quality standards and is person centred, outcomes focused and protective of individual service users dignity and safety.
