• 網路硬體和軟體、用戶支援、安全性和備份。

2. 資訊科技支持

• 充當解決硬體和軟體/應用程式問題的一級和二級支援。
• 確保及時部署各種 IT 安全性修補程式以及網路設備、伺服器和其他設備的韌體。
• 建立有效的監控機制，監控伺服器和網路設備的健康狀態。
• 管理和協調外包供應商，確保提供的服務符合基礎設施服務和最終用戶支援的 SLA。查看並確保問題案例日誌已解決。

3.其他

• 能夠提供建議以改善應用程式的整體營運和效率，以支援當前和滿足新的業務需求。
• 維護和管理 IT 資產以確保最新的資產清單。
• 執行經理不時指派的 IT 臨時任務。

工作要求：

• IT 或任何相關領域的學位。
• 1 年 IT 經驗。
• 鼓勵應屆畢業生申請。
• 候選人必須精通 MS Office（Word、Power point 和 Excel）。
• 了解 SAP 將是一個額外的優勢
• 能夠在最少的監督下完成多項任務並獨立工作。

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Full-Time Employment (with probation of 6 months)

1. USER MANAGEMENT

• Main liaison personnel to coordinate project/troubleshooting issues with users and vendor, in order to resolve issues and meet project deadlines.
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and devices.
• To plan, implement, monitor and upgrade security measures for company users.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• network hardware and software, user support, security, and backup.

2. IT SUPPORT

• Act as 1st & 2nd level support in resolving hardware and software/application issues.
• Ensure timely deployment of various IT security patches, and firmware for network devices, servers, and other devices.
• Establish an effective monitoring mechanism to monitor the health status of servers and network devices.
• To manage and coordinate with outsourcing vendors to ensure services provided are in accordance with SLA for Infrastructure services and end-user support. Review & ensure issues case logs are resolved.

3. OTHERS

• Ability to provide recommendations to improve the overall operations and efficiencies of the applications in order to support current and meet new business requirements.
• Maintain and manage IT assets to ensure up-to-date asset listing.
• Perform IT ad hoc tasks assign by Manager from time to time.

 JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in IT or any related field.
• 1 -2 years experience in IT.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
• Candidates must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Power point and Excel).
• Knowledge on SAP will be an added advantage
• Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Candidate must possess own transport to work.

薪水

• 應屆畢業生- 影印機銷售主管的起薪約為 RM2,200 至 RM2,800。
• 至少 1 年或以上辦公室自動化/辦公室設備領域（特別是影印機）銷售經驗 - 有了經驗，您的薪水可以升至 RM3,000 至 RM4,800 之間。
• 至少 3 年及以上辦公室自動化/辦公室設備領域（特別是影印機）銷售經驗 - 在高級銷售級別，您可以獲得高達 RM5,000 或更多。

IT engineer has to perform their daily tasks by providing a high level of customer service to the end user.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide level 1 support (assistance through phone calls)
• Provide level 2 users support (onsite support by attending to end user) on the following: o Troubleshooting network operating system, software and hardware o Being familiar with network operating system, software and hardware o Working within a ticketing system and creating documentation for new processes o Training staff to maximize the potential of existing technology o Taking new users through the orientation process o Providing individual support and training upon request o Providing recommendations about support and information access o Maintaining an updated inventory of software, hardware and resources o Demonstrated aptitude for continuous learning and innovative thinking o Able to work independently and in a team environment o Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate with outside vendors and internal staff.
• Performing any other IT-related duties assigned.
• Performing after-hour on-call work when necessary.
• Support remote user's problem from Branches where necessary (including BCP sites).
• Prepare log tickets on any user's request attended and close the ticket upon the issue is resolved.
• Prepare a resolution after each log ticket has been done.
• Documenting case studies and relevant IT processes and procedures, and adding to the knowledge base of the organization.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology
• Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
• Preferably specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English, Malay, Mandarin, and Chinese language for both spoken and written.
