Job Responsibilities:

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support, including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

• System and Network Administration: Maintain the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations, ensuring optimal performance and security.

• Software and Hardware Maintenance: Responsible for the installation, configuration, updating, and procurement of software applications and hardware devices, as well as the renewal of licenses

• Security Control: Responsible for IT security controls, including ERP permission management.

• User Training: Responsible for providing IT-related training to enhance staff skills and proficiency

• Microsoft Products: Explore the extensive features of Microsoft 365 products such as Teams and Power Automate, collaborating with internal users to optimize daily tasks and automate workflows

Requirements:

• Possess Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a similar role is required.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
• Experience with Microsoft 365 product such as Teams, Power Automate would be an added advantage
• Good communication, Responsible and strong problem-solving skills.
• Team Player and able to work independently.
