Responsibility & Authorities   

1. Responsible to support the QMS activities of ACSB 
2. Issue D/O for outgoing 
3. Receiving Part from customer / forwarder chop sign incoming D/O 
4. Receiving incoming call  
5. Provide Stationary to Production 
6. Update Stock card upon incoming & Outgoing 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

1. Must be well organized 
2. Possess strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill to convey the right messages to the supplier/customer
3. Able to execute the instruction received from department head & work under tight schedule 
4. Ms Office literacy 
5. Maintain the company stock room through organizing cleaning and cataloguing items
6. Schedule large shipment and plan logistics to ensure that there is sufficient storage space for incoming items
7. Ensure the staff on hand can manage all incoming shipment 
8. Keep files of goods shipped and received. 
9. Check part after receiving from subcon 

REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS 

1. Proven work experience as a clerk or similar role 
2. Computer literacy Skill ( Excel , Word & SQL ) 
3. Team Work Skill
