職位描述
- 透過驗證相關數據（缺勤、休假、加班等）協助薪資準備
- 協助查詢員工請假申請及考勤紀錄
- 協助各種人力資源職能和日常運營
- 為公司提供行政支持，例如文具、公司製服等的保養和維護，以確保充足的庫存
- 組織、發展和維護適當的歸檔系統
- 必要時履行任何其他職責和責任（發出銷售訂單和交貨訂單）
- 與移民局、JTK、Fomema 和其他相關政府機構就外籍工人許可證續簽事宜進行聯絡
- 管理外勞，包括住宿、體檢、續約工作許可證、交通等
- 管理、處理及更新許可證、租賃及其他
- 能夠立即或短時間內開始工作者優先
