Job Purpose

Ensure that Accounts Payable and GL accounting processes are in line with established accounting systems, policies andprocedures, conforms to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and in full compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).

Active involvement in the timely delivery of company financial reports, implementation of established internal costcontrol and helps ensure protection of the assets of the business. .

Key Responsibilities

• Organizing incoming invoices and statements of accounts and ensure proper updating of the Inventory Master, Freight Master and other required accounting schedules.
• Timely and accurate posting of invoices in the system.
• Ensure proper authorization and approval of invoices and timely preparation of payments to vendors.
• Regular and consistent liaison and coordination with other departments on the thorough checking and verification of vendor invoices, particular to non-inventory items and contractual services.
• Consistent follow-up with vendor’s on their statement of accounts.
• Verify and reconcile vendor statements, trace missing invoices and payments.
• Ensure accounting transactions and financial reporting conforms with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax laws and rulings, and in full compliance to IFRS.
• Ensure compliance with set company accounting policies and those that may be issued from time to time.

主要責任

• 整理收到的發票和帳戶報表，並確保正確更新庫存主資料、貨運主資料和其他所需的會計明細表。
• 及時、準確地在系統中過帳發票。
• 確保發票的適當授權和批准以及及時準備向供應商付款。
• 與其他部門定期、一致地聯絡和協調，徹底檢查和核實供應商發票，特別是非庫存物品和合約服務。
• 對供應商的帳目報表進行一致的跟進。
• 驗證和核對供應商報表，追蹤遺失的發票和付款。
• 確保會計交易和財務報告符合馬來西亞財務報告準則（MFRS）和稅法和規定，並完全符合國際財務報告準則（IFRS）。
• 確保遵守既定的公司會計政策以及可能不時發布的會計政策。
