Key Responsibilities:

• Overall responsible for all financial reporting, management accounting and timely submission of reports which comply to Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) for consolidation as well as provide financial analysis for reporting to Board of Directors.

職責：

• 使用給定的電話號碼簿向人們推銷產品。
• 接聽潛在客戶的來電。
• 使用腳本提供有關產品功能、價格等的資訊並展示其優點。
• 提出相關問題以了解客戶的需求。
• 透過展示商品或服務如何滿足客戶的需求來說服客戶購買。
• 將客戶的個人資訊準確記錄在電腦系統中。
• 處理投訴或疑慮，以維護公司聲譽。
• 「加倍努力」以完成銷售配額並促進未來的銷售。
• 保留通話和銷售記錄並記錄有用的信息。

要求：

• 擁有豐富擔任電話行銷員或類似銷售/客戶服務角色的經驗。
• 擁有成功完成銷售配額（最好是透過電話）的良好記錄。
• 相關電腦程式（例如 CRM 軟體）和電話系統的工作知識。
• 良好的溝通和表達能力。
• 精通英語和中文
• 擅長談判和處理投訴。
• 持之以恆，以結果為導向。
• 有耐心，能夠處理客戶的拒絕。
• 至少擁有工商管理或相關領域的文憑；商業理學士/文學學士優先。
