What is PruVenture Programme (PV) ?
- PV programme designed to support you as future leaders by giving monthly bridging income.
- PV Program are equipped with Daily Coaching, Weekly Progress Meeting, Product Knowledge Training and also mentoring by practitioners to support PV consultants be productive and achieve great results.
- All PV consultants will be developed well with special courses to become productive and high income managers in the future.
- All candidates are welcome to explore this opportunity even if you have zero experience in the sale industry as the program will support and guide you from zero to hero through this wonderful journey with us
Responsibilities:
- Analyze clients' financial statuses.
- Examine and suggest financial opportunities.
- Develop sound plans and budgets for clients.
- Customize financial plans according to clients' changing needs.
- Help clients implement their plans and carry out transactions.
- Present and sell suitable financial products and services.
- Find and approach prospective clients.
- Build strong relationships to retain existing clients.
- Maintain updated knowledge of regulations, practices and financial products.
Job Requirement:
- Young & Dynamic from age 22-35.
- Have a very high willingness to learn.
- Possess car or own transportation
- Proven experience as financial planner or similar role; experience in sales or customer service is an asset.
- Ability to analyze financial information and comply with regulations.
- Good ethics, with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to foster long-term relationships.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Possess at least Diploma/Degree in any related field (SPM level candidate must have working experience)

- Basic Salary:
Catogary 1 : RM3,000~ RM 5,000. Terms and condition apply*
Catogary 2 : RM8,000~RM10,000. Terms and condition apply*
