工作職責：
- 與客戶建立融洽的長期關係，同時提供卓越的客戶服務標準。
- 建立貨運預訂安排
- 接待客戶對產品和服務的詢問
- 與銷售和營運團隊良好合作。
- 管理多個客戶聯絡管道：（來電/呼出電話、電子郵件、即時聊天、社群媒體平台等）
- 實現安排日期和等待時間的每月 KPI。

- 處理高知名度的客戶。

工作要求 ：
- 候選人必須至少擁有任何領域的文憑、高級/學位。
- 也鼓勵應屆畢業生申請。
- 1 - 2 年客戶服務經驗將是額外的優勢
- 所需技能：呼叫中心背景、客戶服務、協調技能。
- 擁有優秀的英語口頭和書面溝通能力。
- 以結果為導向，與 KPI 配合良好。
- 能夠輕鬆地使用不同的溝通方式進行聯絡工作（主要是電話）
- 擁有自己的交通工具
