Job Summary

As part of Plixstar’s marketing initiatives, we are seeking a Marketing Intern to support brand growth and promote our eco-friendly products. You will assist in managing social media and website platforms, create engaging digital content, and support marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and connect with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Event Management

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of offline marketing events, including roadshows, pop-ups, and activations
• Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth and effective event operations

2. Content Creation & Creative Support

• Support the development of marketing materials, including basic artwork and visual assets
• Work closely with designers to brief, review, and refine campaign creatives

3. Social Media Management

責任 ：

1）協助銷售及市場助理經理進行銷售流程

以及其他相關活動。

A. 銷售支持

1）執行銷售和行銷工作流程，包括預訂新訂單、重複訂單、滿足客戶需求和期望、解讀和設計客戶的產品規格、產品包裝設計、包裝模型和開發。

2）簽發合約訂單審核單、形式發票、貨櫃矩陣研究報告、普通銷售訂單

客戶規格說明、客戶規格變更通知、信用清算清單、Splenda報告

採購訂單、參考價格、樣品申請單和工作進度報告。

3）處理詢價並發起談判以確認訂單和重複訂單，然後再處理訂單。

4) 更新形式發票中的所有客戶詳細信息，並通知管理員用戶將其更新到 ERP 系統中。

5）如果銷售價格和採購價格發生變化，則建立產品成本證明。

B. 協作與溝通

1）與銷售管理部門聯絡，確保客戶訂單的交付和出貨順利進行。確保外包生產能依照規格和品質要求，及時、正確地滿足客戶的期望（訂單）。

此外，銷售管理部門還可以監控客戶包裝庫存餘額，並根據剩餘庫存水準向客戶提供補貨建議。

2）與品質保證部門就客戶對產品標籤的要求進行溝通。

3）與品質控制部門聯絡，了解顧客產品品質及抱怨狀況（如有需要）。

4) 與法規遵從部門聯絡，處理客戶產品的法規和註冊事宜

要求。

5）與外包製造商溝通客戶訂單的貨物備貨日期和要求

新產品報價（如有需要）。

6) 與包裝供應商溝通，滿足客戶對包裝設計、圖稿、樣稿、印刷樣品和顏色標準等方面的期望。參與新專案或現有專案改進的線上校對，並與包裝供應商溝通。如有需要，向包裝供應商索取報價。

7) 與船運代理/經紀人聯絡，確認目的地和運費的可用性。

用於估算計算（如有需要）。

8）與客戶建立並維持牢固的關係。

C. 數據分析與報告

1）產生客戶銷售業績分析報告。

Role and Responsibilities 

The selected candidate(s) will be a key member of the small team working at Stranger Soccer Kuala Lumpur, assisting with various marketing, operations, and community engagement initiatives. 

• Serving on the front lines of the customer experience, supporting as an on-ground host for a few football sessions each week. 

• Coordinating and executing various tasks related to the daily operation of the business, such as social media, marketing, event coordination, player communications, and outreach.

• Sales Enablement Translation: Taking the high-level social narratives you build and turning them into practical, bottom-of-funnel assets like 1-pagers and email sequences for the Commercial team to use in the field.
• Keeping the Narrative Alive: When there are no product launches or route expansions, you know how to build a narrative out of thin air. You will turn industry trends or a quick 5-minute chat with a BD Lead into a week's worth of engaging social content.
• The Social & DIY Creative Engine: Writing scroll-stopping LinkedIn content for our brand and executive pages. You don’t just write, you execute. You’ll script fast-paced videos and jump right into Canva or CapCut—either knocking out quick-turn edits yourself or prepping the script and brief for our video producers to finalise.
• The Repurpose Master (70% Repurpose / 30% New): You don't always need to reinvent the wheel. You will mine our archives of past footage, pitch decks, and technical operational updates, slicing them into multiple bite-sized social assets to maximise content lifespan.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management, B2B content creation, or digital copywriting.
• Social-First Mindset: If you can write a great press release but struggle to write a 3-sentence LinkedIn hook, this role isn't for you. You must deeply understand social platform dynamics and what makes B2B buyers stop scrolling.
