Our global based Supplier Master Data Team is a diverse and agile team of experienced SMO Specialists. Our main responsibility is to set up and maintain vendor’s records and bank details . We also support our clients during process improvements with certain projects used for procurement and accounts payable purposes. Furthermore we deliver excellent customer service by providing regular trainings and general process support. Our responsibility is to make sure there is no audit risk.

 

Position Overview

In this position you will be responsible for validating the correctness of incoming requests , completing vendor maintenance in the Oracle Cloud / SAP system and analyzing vendors to ensure high quality of supplier master data . You will interact with internal and external clients to resolve issues identified during the process.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

·   Completion of New Supplier records in Oracle Cloud

·   Act as the primary point of contact for business questions related to supplier master data.
·  Complete requests for supplier master data in a timely, accurate manner by performing integrity checks to ensure a high quality of master data.
·  Ensure all requests contain the appropriate supporting documentation and comply with corporate requirements before they are implemented into Oracle Cloud / SAP.
·  Analyze and improve data quality, which includes running regular scheduled data audit reports (e.g. elimination of duplicates, standard text formats, retirement).
·  Active engagement with data validations and cleansing
·  Work with IT and Business on Master Data influenced projects
·  Ensure compliance with company and auditing requirements

·  Supporting special projects (e.g. listing of new suppliers) and other duties as assigned.
·  Interacting with external and internal clients at all levels.
·  Being part of a team that fosters collaboration and process efficiencies.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Exploring and implementing new ways to automate systems.
• Understanding of mechanical systems and operations.
• Define manufacturing configuration specifications and business analysis requirements together with business users
• Own and develop relationship with partners from various departments, working with them to optimize and enhance system capability to support manufacturing
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the business users.
• Identify, design, develop and implement systems to meet business process requirements.
• Working together with Manufacturing Team and Development Team to perform quality assurance and ensure system availability & data integrity
• Always standby 24*7 to provide support to Site IT on any manufacturing related support

· Carry out detailed electronic circuit design, including simulation

· Design and implement electronics design by selecting components, schematic design and perform PCB layout as well as integrate and test the hardware platform.

· Conduct product verification against defined hardware specification, prepare design documentation and support design transition to manufacturing as necessary.

· Assume technical lead role in project as necessary to provide the technical direction, technical decision and risk mitigation.

· Identify opportunity to improve within the functional team and participate in improvement activities.

· Create and maintain BOMs of the new designs

· Select new electronic parts, taking into consideration: obsolescence, availability and cost

· Perform and evaluate costing studies meeting the costing targets

· Liaise with project manager and a cross functional team to produce prototypes.

· Perform design FMEA to reduce risks of performance failures.

· Create & maintain technical documentation (schematics, specifications, performance, and bring-up reports)

· Work in a team for continuous development and improvement of products / parts / firmware.

The Contingent Workforce Senior Commodity Manager is responsible for developing the sourcing strategies for the Contingent Workforce Program Office. The person in this position would be recognized as a sourcing expert for global contingent workforce, would liaison with legal, act as Procurement ambassador to the business and integrate into the business to ensure a complete alignment and deep understanding of the business goals and partner in developing sourcing strategies. The goal is to be value-added sourcing partners to the business. This role involves developing and executing strategic initiatives to optimize the acquisition, deployment, and management of temporary, contract, and freelance personnel across various departments and functions.  The position involves developing negotiation strategies, advising requestors on contract terms and conditions, monitoring cost and scope of assigned contracts to assure compliance, best value and validate/improve pricing. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Sourcing:

   • Develop and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy for contingent workforce categories, including temporary staff, contractors, freelancers, and consultants.
   • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their workforce needs, skill requirements, and project timelines.
   • Identify and establish relationships with preferred staffing agencies, service providers, and online platforms for contingent talent acquisition.
   • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with staffing partners to ensure favorable rates and terms.

2. Vendor Management:

   • Monitor and evaluate the performance of staffing agencies and other contingent workforce suppliers.
   • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supplier performance, including quality of talent, responsiveness, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
   • Conduct regular vendor reviews and provide feedback to improve service quality and address any issues.

3. Compliance and Risk Management:

   • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies for contingent workforce management.
   • Mitigate risks associated with misclassification of workers, co-employment, and other legal and regulatory concerns.
   • Collaborate with legal and HR departments to develop and maintain proper documentation and contracts for contingent workers.

4. Demand Forecasting and Planning:

   • Work closely with department managers and project leads to understand short-term and long-term workforce needs.
   • Develop accurate demand forecasts for contingent labor across different functions and projects.
   • Align workforce planning strategies with business objectives and project timelines.

5. Cost Management:

   • Analyze and manage the overall costs associated with contingent workforce utilization.
   • Implement cost-saving initiatives, such as rate negotiations, volume discounts, and process efficiencies.
   • Monitor and report on budget adherence, providing insights and recommendations for cost optimization.

6. Technology and Automation:

   • Stay current with technology trends and solutions related to contingent workforce management.
   • Evaluate and implement technology platforms and tools that streamline the sourcing, onboarding, time tracking, and payment processes for contingent workers.

The Sr. Operations Specialist works independently and autonomously to identify, lead, drive and manage work that supports the strategies, initiatives, and goals of the organization. Responsible for the development, implementation and support of programs and projects that ensure operational efficiency, enhanced safety, increased productivity, reduced cost, and continuous improvement. Manages the day-to-day operational needs as well as the strategic goals of the business. Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist are responsible for supporting all members in championing happier, and healthier lives by building and nurturing relationships. They will provide branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions to help members feel and move better. They provide a positive member experience that is educational, supporting, and upholds the integrity of the Life Time Brand.                                                                                  

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention      

• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax stretching

• Leads clients through recovery sessions using techniques like assisted stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills

• Reads, watches, and engages in all required training's associated with the role

• Conducts stretch and recovery demos for new clients including pre-participation screening, Medical History, Lifestyle questionnaire, and goal setting to assess and recommend stretching programs              

• Provides fitness floor assistance to all members to ensure safety, provide education, and motivate members       

• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services      

• Completes all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan       

• Remains current on certifications, new trends in the industry, credentials and continuing education to advance throughout the levels program                                          

• Ensures all members feel competent, confident, and connected by providing superior customer service through complimentary and based services/programming    

• Documents all aspects of client programming   

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Certified personal Trainer

• CPR and AED Certified

• Knowledge of assisted stretching and other recovery techniques

• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and be able to bend, stand, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds

​ Preferred Requirements

• At least 1 year of personal training experience

• Bachelors degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine or other related field

• Assisted Stretching Certification (AIS, FST, or similar)
