Job Description:

• In charge of overall human resource and office administration matters such as recruitment & selection, manpower planning, compensation & benefit, training & development and administrative related matters.
• Managing the payroll function, oversees each payroll run and ensures it is completed accurately and on time.
• Provide and advise management and staff on HR management, work place relations and matters within the interpretation of relevant Malaysia Labour Acts and Regulations.
• Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures.
  To liaise with government office pertaining employee related issues especially with IR Department, Labour Office and any other related government body.
• Managing and renew annually for permit, license and service agreements.
• Oversee and take charge of group of companies
• Support and assist on basic IT issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a STPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or has relevant experience.
• Preferable with at least 5 years of working experience as an HR Manager with experience in managing a small team.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin
  Good knowledge and experience in local Malaysia Labour Law (EA 1965), Industrial Law (1967).
• Must possess knowledge of Malaysia Statutory requirement e.g EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income tax & HRDF etc.

YOU WILL PLAY IMPORTANT ROLE IN

• Recruitment, selection and placement of manpower requirement in SDP as according to approved personnel requisition.
• To lead, supervise and monitor job performance of subordinates.
• Responsible for the administration of company benefits and welfare programme for all staffs such as leave/medical/uniforms etc.
• To be responsible for updating and computation of employee personnel records such as personal file, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, termination etc.
• Responsible to create and maintain Prosoft system in a proper way to support attendance management and payroll computation. 
• To conduct exit interview for resignation and highlight to the management on any special issue if deemed necessary.
• To handle staff disciplinary issue, grievances and counseling in operational level. 
• Delivers progress reports and analysis to the Human Resource Manager as appropriate.
• Oversee Safety, Health, Environment and Training section

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource / Business Administration or equivalent preferred.
• Possess a Safety Officer green book is an advantage.
• A hands-on person with minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in HR, EHS, Training Section in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Analytical problem solver with demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment while working independently to resolve critical issues.
• Possess excellent supervisory and people management skills.
• Strong leadership ability and social skills towards cross-functional teams.
• A team player who is meticulous, hardworking and able to multi-task.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
