Responsible for ensuring the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from the production ramp to HVM . Evaluation, development and debug of complex test methods.
Develops and debugs complex software programs to convert design validation vectors and drive complex test equipment. Creates and tests validation and production test hardware solutions.
Tests, validates, modifies and redesigns circuits to guarantee component margin to specification.
Analyzes and evaluates component specification versus performance to ensure optimal match of component requirements with production equipment capability with specific emphasis on yield analysis and bin split capability.
Drive, Creates and applies concepts for optimizing component production relative to both quality and cost constraints.
Autonomously plans and schedules own daily tasks, develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor product test development.
- 5+ years ATE experience with Advantest V93K, T2K ,Teradyne J750/uFlex or HDMT ATE platform.
- 5+ years of experience with developing tests, patterns/vectors, timing, and diagnostics on Automated Test Equipment. IP knowledge on either SCAN, MBIST, HSIO, DDR, Thermal ,Power, Analog and RF test development experience.
- Strong programming skill on C/C++, VB, Java, Python.
- Familiar with both wafer probers, probe technology, handler, automated thermal control
- PCB design along with electric and components is a PLUS.
- Strong pareto analysis experience to drive a debug process and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and able to interface/communicate effectively with all levels, BU and OSATs.
