THE ROLE

Working with the Publicis Social Community to support on community management and social-first content creation across our key brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Community Management
  • You will work with social teams to do daily community management across FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube – responding to queries and comments with guidance from an approved FAQ sheet
  • You will do the necessary escalations to clients, when there are social issues that require further inputs
  • You will explore ways of engaging with the online community to drive higher interactions and build an active and dynamic community
• Social-First Content Creation
  • You will be required to brainstorm and ideate for culturally relevant content ideas, that reflect what’s trending across culture and social platforms like TikTok
  • You will be responsible for shooting and editing content using mobile phones and apps like Canva in best practice outputs
  • Content creation can be part of always-on content calendars or for on-ground events located within the Klang Valley
• Research and Other Support
  • You may be required to support our social teams in doing research on social to support social strategies or to provide guidance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Buying & Finance team in day-to-day billings operations.

• Booking the space or airtime once the campaign plan has been agreed with the client.

• Handle own set of client accounts with accountability and responsibly.

DELIVERABLES

• Generate media spend reports by each client.

• Assist finance on invoice matching to bcc schedule number.
3. Overall

• Work closely with Buying & Finance team on billings and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the seamless execution of all marketing and communication deliverables and/or activations upon finalisation of campaign key visuals, placements and plans for virtual or on-ground events (internal and external).
• To liaise with related internal & external stakeholders to deliver accurate executions within given timelines and budget.
• Assisting with reports and data collation to update the team with regards to campaign managements.
• Daily monitoring and updates of competitor communications or promotions, with monthly competitive review reporting.
• Brand guardian for Pos Malaysia Group and products, ensuring our Corporate Identity and Brand application is according to approved standards and requirements in all marketing related communication deliverables.
• Supporting and execute related commercial events either by Pos Malaysia or external events, trade shows and on ground activation especially that support the commercial/SALES team.
• Offer ideas and to source for new marketing opportunities, with the objective to help drive sales revenues while continuously building brand love, brand trust and loyalty for Pos Malaysia.

Requirements:

• Candidate that is pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant fields.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
