The Director, Projects & Design (Development Support) – Asia Pacific excluding China (APACx) reports to the Senior Director, Projects & Design and is responsible for the management of project stakeholders, project timeline, design process, and the successful opening/conversion/renovation of the hotel project. As the point of contact between Owners, and internal and external partners, you are a conduit of information, collaborator, and facilitator between Hilton and Ownership.
You will cover the Asia Pacific region excluding Greater China & Mongolia (APACx) and be responsible for focus-service, full-service, lifestyle, and luxury hotel projects across all Hilton brands.

The Director, Commercial Planning and Governance - Asia Pacific (APAC) will work directly with the Vice President of Revenue Management and Commercial Services - APAC, responsible to manage and govern (where applicable) programs, projects, and have business oversight responsibility on behalf of the APAC Commercial Services Organization. These will include developing and maintaining solutions, business processes, standards, procedures, and best practices.
The Director, Commercial Planning & Governance - APAC will lead and be responsible for managing key relationships both internally / externally through planning cycles, cadence and governance. The Director will communicate at a Senior leadership level of the Commercial Services organization including all direct reports of the Senior Vice President & Commercial Director - APAC. This position will help facilitate priority regional team meetings and own its cadence to drive discussion, decision, and alignment. This position will manage and support the annual process of identification of Commercial priorities, tracking and completion thereof. This role will play a key role in steering and co-leading the company’s planning and governance processes in close liaison with peer colleagues in other parts of the business and regions. This is a central position to go to with cross-collaborative reach.
The Director, Commercial Planning and Governance - APAC will additionally oversee the leadership and governance of Sales Performance for APAC, ensuring our program in APAC is fit for purpose.

A Director, Benefits & Rewards Projects - Asia Pacific will primarily be responsible for shaping the Benefits culture for Corporate Offices and Properties in APAC through delivering Benefits expertise leadership, and support.
You will lead the benefits design or review projects for all Corporate benefits on an end-to-end basis, and shape benefits practices for properties on a scalable basis through toolkits, templates, benefits fundamentals workshops, and other creative approaches.
This role is held accountable for developing the APAC Benefits Strategy and Priorities, in alignment with global benefits principles and strategy, and driving successful implementation of the strategy and priorities through project leadership and strong collaboration with HR Ops leaders and all other key stakeholders.
