• Responsible to process customer`s orders in timely manner and effectively.
• To assist salesperson to prepare sales order.

• Attend to incoming calls and email inquiries.
• Liaise with customer via phone and/ or email for delivery arrangement and all matters related to sales order.
• To follow-up with salespersons enquiries.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A team player with high level of dedication.
• Possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in any relevant field.
• Have a minimum of 1 & 2 year of working experiance.
• Computer literate.
• Self - initiative and able to work independently.
• Possess own transport and willing to work in Kepong.

Job Desription:

• To achieve & exceed quarterly and annual quota objectives.
• Perform prospecting activities and maintain a sufficient base of prospects that will enable completion of sales target. activities include cold calling, proposal preparation, product demonstrations, customer analysis and needs assessments.
• Develop and execute major account strategies and ensure customer satisfaction management with account.
• Assist in the communication and execution of printer sales and marketing campaigns
