Key Responsibilities:

• Overall responsible for all financial reporting, management accounting and timely submission of reports which comply to Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) for consolidation as well as provide financial analysis for reporting to Board of Directors. 
• Prepare quarterly analytical review, commentary, and prospect to Board of Directors for decision making. 
• Manage group tax matters such as transfer pricing documentations, withholding tax, tax incentives, and tax estimation in compliance with local legislations
• Liaison with bankers, auditors, tax agents, com-sec, and statutory bodies / authorities. 
• Provide support on various initiatives and projects including organizational restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, investments, and others. 
• Analyse and review the performance of group and prepare detailed monthly report to the Executive Management. 
• Lead the group financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. 
• Develop and oversee robust internal control system, standard operating procedures, and corporate governance to minimize risk and conduct regular audits to ensure integrity of financial system and controls within the group. 
• Drive and achieve KPIs for business, constantly finetune and monitor to ensure objectives are met. 
• Develop insightful business plans and strategies to support business growth and highlight financial implications of business, investment proposals, strategies, and decisions. 
• Quarterly reporting to Bursa and progress report to Board of Directors.

Finance & Account (F&A) Team Management

• Manage and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team and effective succession planning across the group.
• Review and fine tune all F&A positions Job Description, in order to be effective and efficient
• Develop leadership capability through coaching and mentoring N-1 to be effective People Managers
• Continuous improvement of team collaboration, internally and externally. 
• Lead, guide and achieve F&A KPIs at departmental and organization level. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or preferably with professional accounting qualification (ACCA or equivalent).
• Minimum 15 year (s) of relevant working experience
• Strong knowledge and experience in financial reporting standards, Bursa Listing requirements, and group accounting practices for Public Listed Companies. 
• Must be a member of MIA (Malaysian Institute of Accountants)
• Excellent interaction ability with external auditors, Bursa and Advisory
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
• Problem solver and ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses

要求：

• 財務、會計學士學位，或最好具有專業會計資格（ACCA 或同等學歷）。
• 至少 15 年相關工作經驗
• 在財務報告標準、證券交易所上市要求以及上市公司的集團會計實務方面擁有豐富的知識和經驗。
• 必須是MIA（馬來西亞會計師協會）會員

Main purpose of the job:

To execute the operation improvement/system enhancement project for Credit Assessment Department.

Job Description:

• To manage end to end testing in preparing test script, UAT arrangement, and solving UAT issues and errors.
• To cover system testing from multiple enhancement for department level project & enhancement, Company project, and others BU project & enhancement.
• To resolve operation system issues internally or with external party.
• To resolve operation request; errors fixing for CCRIS issues (B2B)/ system access & ID creation for operation users (UAR)/application servicing (IR)/ issues escalation to ITG, CPD, vendors & others BU (email).
• To prepare document control on manual/guideline/procedures.
• To prepare training material for briefing or email escalation.
• To prepare system guide & solution guideline for briefing or email escalation.
• To develop the training guide & conduct training and briefing internally for department.
• To propose & prepare user requirement (BRD) for operation improvement via system enhancement.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking/Finance/Business Administration/Economics or other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field for Senior Executive level.
• Hands-on experiences with systems and project management skills are added advantage.
• Sound knowledge in IT Technology, and also involvement in UAT. 
• Knowledgeable in Credit Processing & Credit Evaluation will be added advantage. 
• Able to work independently yet manage to communicate with internal & external stakeholder.
• Manage to go extra mile and able to develop and implement ideas.
• Successful candidate will be base at Subang Jaya office.
