• Responsible for all aspects of financial recording and reporting for our Japanese and Singapore business units, including posting of all AP and AR transactions, such as invoices and payments, posting of all journals, updating of all schedules such as fixed assets, prepayments and accruals, and completion of monthly management accounts.
• Maintain existing and create new spreadsheets associated with both our Singapore and Japanese business units such as bank reconciliations, fixed assets, prepayments and accruals, reconciliations and controls, and financial KPIs.
• Maintaining petty cash expenses including office expenses and preparing of travel allowances for local and overseas employees operating in APAC and also UK & US.
• Processing employee expense claims, recording secondment costs for employees, seeking appropriate approval for payment, and preparation of payments for both Singapore and Japan employees.
• Completion and submission of the monthly Singapore GST return to IRAS, and similarly, annual Japan consumption tax return to Japanese tax authorities.
• Assisting with and eventually completing in full the Singapore monthly management accounts, including posting journals, maintaining fixed asset registers including depreciation charges, bank reconciliations, accruals and prepayments schedules and examining and explaining variances between actual and budgeted figures.
• Completion and submission of all annual schedules and returns for Japanese year end filing purposes, such as tax returns, depreciable assets returns and financial statements. • Working alongside the company accountant to prepare and complete year end accounts, supporting schedules and documentation for our Singapore business, in preparation for the annual financial audit. This post has been created in response to NICE approved use of High Cost Drugs for moderate rheumatoid arthritis and for high risk fractures. This is a newly introduced role within Rheumatology and Fracture Prevention Nursing teams to help manage patients who require long term therapies for their condition. The post holder will be working in a small team of specialist nurses, pharmacists, consultants and administrative staff. As the demand grows, with the eligible patients being offered high cost drug treatment, the team will expand accordingly.

Advanced practitioners will be able to;

Job Description:

The Radiation Therapy Nurse Navigator is a California licensed professional registered nurse who assumes responsibility and accountability for nursing care in Radiation Therapy. The Nurse Navigator who, in conjunction with the nutritionist and social worker, is patient-centered, insuring the highest quality care is delivered to the oncology patients. In support of the radiation therapy the nurse navigator assesses the patient's status, monitors progress through the treatment course and during follow up, and champions the patient's needs within the John Muir system. As a navigator this nurse has the responsibility for creating and enhancing care programs within the department.
