Job Main Responsibilities:

• To carry out and managing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency productivity.
• Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Manage supply chain.

• To maintain good proper recording and reporting is carry out by all related parties.
• To implement short and long term corrective actions for manufacturing problems.
• To assure that all production floors are run efficiently in order to maximize productivity at lowest cost possible, and consistently meeting budgetary and production planning inventory goals while achieving the highest quality standards.
• Planning and organising production schedules.
• Assessing project and resource requirements.
• Creating a timescale for production.
• Determining quality control standards and ensuring products are produced on time or projects completed within the deadline.
• Overseeing production processes.
• Supervising the work of junior staff.
• Develop or update standard operating procedures and best practices for production operations.
• Ensure safety measures are procedures are followed to reduce unexpected incidents and hazards.
• To carry out such duties as the Company may from time to time direct.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in production management, operations management, or similar.
• Ability to confidently and proactively supervise production teams.
• Knowledge of procuring materials, equipment, and labour needed throughout the production process.
• Competence with computer-based administration, record-keeping, and procurement systems.
• Ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work extended hours to meet deadlines, when necessary.
• Knowledge of engineering and contruction related to steel is an advantages.
• Able to work under preassure.

Responsibilities: 

• To maintain & expand relationship with existing customers; 
• To identify & develop new markets for products & services; 
• To participate in the development and implementation of all activities carried out to achieve sales objectives; 
• To possess/ acquire vital product & process knowledge needed in order to propose solutions to meet customer’s expectation.
• To prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, reports and other sales related documents; 
• To interact with all functional departments to insure customer satisfaction; 
• To perform other duties as assigned. 
  
  

Requirements: 

• Candidate must possess minimum a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years working experience in SMT, PCBA, Semiconductor or related industries. 
• Experience in sales will have an advantage; 
• Able to perform multi-task, work under pressure and tight schedule; 
• Superior outgoing personality, responsible, pro-active, motivated and assertive characters are required; 
• Possess own transport and willing to travel; 
• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (written and spoken);
• Preferably those who are in their late 25s or early 35s.

• 個性開朗，有責任心，積極主動，積極進取，有主見；
• 擁有自己的交通工具並願意出差；
• 良好的英語、馬來語和華語能力（書面和口語）；
• 最好是 25 歲末或 35 歲出頭的人。
