Job description
1. Process Management
Responsible for the review of design drawings of the new data center, identify problems from T&C perspective and propose revisions to ensure system’s ability for commissioning.
Responsible for the formulation of testing and acceptance standards for new data centers.
Responsible for the development of T&C plan and schedule for new data centers.
Review all multi-discipline T&C documents to ensure they are compliant with the specifications and standards of the data center project.
Maintain a high degree of coordination with the headquarters, and promoting the standardization of T&C process of new data centers.
2. Project Management
Ensure all commissioning and testing events are executed up to standard and quality manner on-site.
Lead and manage commissioning related resources, both internal and external across projects.
Responsible for T&C progress tracking and reporting, highlight any potential risks to management.
Assist the operation manager of the new data center to complete the standardization of handover, operation and maintenance.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in electrical, automation, mechanical and HVAC or related majors.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in various construction commissioning roles on site; candidate with less experience will be considered as Engineer role
3. Familiar with data center design and construction standard are preferred.
4. Experience of T&C standard for hyper-scale data center, large cloud service provider or data center for financial industry are preferred.
5. Strong leadership and Organizational skills, be able to communicate and coordinate cross- department.
6. Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
7. Fluent use of English for reading, writing, application and communication; Familiar with Malaysian and Chinese are preferred
8. Familiar with the data center standards such as TIA-942, Uptime Institute Tier, ASHRAE, etc.

The candidate
To be successful, you will be a Malaysian age 26-35, possess a Bachelor degree in Accountancy or professional qualification ACCA or CIMA. The ideal candidate for this role must be someone who have working experience (1-2 years) in internal auditing role within public listed company environment. Candidate should have a good knowledge of current Malaysian accounting and audit standards.
To be able to play a successful role, we are looking for candidates with a good command of English,both spoken and written besides conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin. Once on board, he/she must also be able to travel for audit assignments.

*處理日記帳分錄並發出付款憑證。
*處理索賠借方/貸方票據和各種技術帳戶報表以供提交。
*銀行調節表。
*保存正確的歸檔和會計記錄。
工作要求:
*候選人必須擁有會計學士學位。
*了解會計和財務原理。
*在保險業務中擔任會計角色的類似經驗將是有利的。
*2-3年保險/金融服務業工作經驗。
*具有編制財務報表及遵守會計準則的實務經驗。
*精通英語和馬來語(書面、口語和普通話)進行有效溝通的能力
*熟悉並精通UBS會計系統以及MS Word和Excel。

候選人
要獲得成功,您必須是年齡 26 至 35 歲的馬來西亞人,擁有會計學士學位或 ACCA 或 CIMA 專業資格。該職位的理想候選人必須是具有上市公司內部審計職位工作經驗(1-2 年)的人。候選人應充分了解馬來西亞現行的會計和審計標準。

Job Description
Chrisjac is currently seeking individuals who are interested in office administration temporary role for an established group of companies based at city center in Kuala Lumpur.
Basic job function:
This junior position would be responsible for record keeping tasks and filling of documents, completing paperwork and clerical duties.
Some of job duties would include:
*Responsible for daily processing of incoming and outgoing mail, all photocopy work and all mail distribution.
*Responsible for filing or attaching mail.
*Responsible for file pulls as redirected by immediate supervisor.
*Responsible for maintenance of all files,replacing old files.
*Responsible for returning all files to the respective file shelves.
*Perform data entry tasks when required.
*Maintenance of records and filling activities.
The candidate
*Malaysian male or female; age between 20-30.
*Qualification: SPM or Diploma.
*1-2 years of work experience in office administration and filing maintenance system.
*Good computer and data entry skills.
*Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
*Must be willing to work on temporary basis for at least 6 months.
