Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Cashier Supervisor to ensure accuracy of the monies collection and provide training to the cashiers.

What Will You Do

• To be responsible to provide training and coaching to the cashier on the POS Machine.
• Ensure accuracy of the store’s daily monies collection, including foreign currency note, bank deposits and accuracy of the cash and cashless transaction records.
• To work closely with the finance team on the month-end closing.
• Rotating to schedule on cashier supervisor’s duty roster.
• To support the cashier if they are unable to resolve cashiering issues by dealing positively.
• To ensure all cashiers have sufficient currencies of various denominations of sales transactions.
• To handle petty cash.
• To lead by example and excel in customer service and cashiering skill knowledge.
• To attend meetings and conferences.
• To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Retail Manager.
