Position Purpose 

The Senior Business Support Executive plays a pivotal role in strengthening our support functions to better assist our Sales, Client Management, and Marketing teams. Project manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction project from inspection to completion. Be a team player in delivering sucessful construction projects by effectively managing resources, schedules, budgets and stakeholder expectations. 

1. Supervise and inspect construction works to ensure compliance with approve architectural drawings and specifications
2. Coordinate with architects and engineers to understand the project details and requirements 
3. Coordinate with internal and external parties to address construction-related matters
4. Resolve any problems occur on technical and site issues that rise during the construction period.
5. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. 
6. Attend client/Achitect/Consultant meeting
7. Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation
8. Ensure all construction works meets quality standards and project are delivered on time within stipulated scope and budget
9. Resolving issues and conflicts that arise during construction
10. Assist in the preparation of project closeout documents, including progress, issues and recommendations. 
11. Performance any other job responsibilities assigned by the management as and when required

Responsibilities

• To achieve the monthly sales target set by the Management
• To implement the marketing plan and its promotional activities
