Key responsibilities:

• Client & Account Management: Manage and cultivate relationships with a portfolio of enterprise clients and IP licensors, serving as their primary point of contact.

The Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will take the lead in conducting complex business analysis and iteration management to ensure successful initiative outcomes. Within MPS, the Profile, Apply and Jobs Services (PAJS) team provide shared capabilities that underpin many of SEEK’s core marketplace experiences: how candidates discover roles, create and manage profiles, and apply for jobs, and how hirers create, manage and optimise job ads. These services sit at the heart of SEEK’s Employment Marketplace and are consumed at scale across the group. 

Key responsibilities

• Define scope, objectives, deliverables; validate requirements and capture feedback.
• Lead discovery and documentation: user stories, use cases, process maps (as-is/to-be), acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise and trace requirements to business value; support solution design and validation.
• Plan and run iteration ceremonies: planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives.
