Job Responsibilities:

• To build good relationship with real estate agents/negotiators/agencies, developers and bankers to expand the business.
• To conduct frequent meeting or discussion with real estate agents/negotiators to generate new ideas and resolve problems.
• To meet sales targets.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients).
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Marketing skill, Selling skill, Leadership, Team Work

Position Purpose 

A pivotal role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making.
Collaborating closely with various business units, be the key link between finance and
operations, providing valuable insights, analysis, and support. (across MY, SG & BN)

Major Tasks & Responsibilities :

• Partner with business units to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications (Education, skills, experiences and personal characteristics necessary for success in this position)

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline, or equivalent with
  professional qualifications e.g. CIMA/ACCA/MIA.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of working experiences, with financial planning and analyses, forecasting, management reporting and analytics, internal controls, process standardisation and ERP system migration.
• Process improvement orientation, innovation and change agent.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with sound financial control exposure.
• Results oriented, sense of urgency, knows how to prioritize.
