Job Requirement:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Agent to join our team and support our sales efforts through call appointment setting and lead generation. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential customers over the phone, establish rapport, and schedule appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and qualify leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication and follow-up techniques.
• Identify decision-makers and influencers within target organizations to facilitate the appointment setting process.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their requirements and priorities for appointment scheduling.
• Manage a database of leads and appointments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information at all times.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for appointment setting and lead generation activities.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the appointment setting process.
• Provide regular feedback to management regarding the quality of leads and effectiveness of strategies.
Job Requirements:
• Hold a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, or appointment setting roles.
• Possess excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional telephone manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills enabling the quick establishment of rapport with diverse individuals.
• Maintain a goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team within a dynamic environment.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Display adaptability and a willingness to embrace new processes and technologies.
• Exhibit strong communication skills across various channels including email, face-to-face conversations, and messenger discussions.
• Proficiency in English and Malay, both spoken and written; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in mandatory business writing skills.
