Job Description

• Assisting the delivery and reporting of the results of operational internal audits in areas including finance processes, operational processes, and compliance reviews.
• Proactively following up the implementation of agreed actions and ongoing improvement of the control environment under the direction and regular supervision of line manager.
• Maintain and update the Risk Management Guide and the corporate risk register, with input from local risk registers. The risk management guide must be kept user-friendly, up-to-date and accessible by staff. Significant risks are identified, managed, recorded and reported in registers, and this role must analyse and provide feedback on local risk registers, including appropriate action plans, as direct by line manager.
• Organises staff training in risk registers, keeping employee skills up to date. The output of local risk registers will be the determining factor in judging the quality of the training.
• Working closely with line manager, prepares reports for the audit committee on risk (including BCM) and internal audit. Reports are prepared for the audit committee and follow-up is undertaken as required.
• Monitor established BCPs, reviewing when appropriate. Ensures that communication, training and testing is carried out per requirements and signed-off. Coordinates global BCP exercises for each global centre, with support and supervision of manager.

Job Purpose

The purpose of the Branch Operations Intern is to assist in developing the branch’s business, learn the consumer finance business, RM’s business practices and to prepare to manage a branch office. 
 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete training program within the required timeframe. 

• Understand our personal loan product offerings in order to assist customers in making educated decisions that help them achieve their financial goals.

• Establish and build customer relationships through delivering exceptional service.

• Develop and deliver consolidation options for customers.

• Ability to learn how to underwrite loans.

• Work with past-due customers to arrange payments.

• Assist in maintaining standards in weekly delinquency reduction and delinquency slow file percentages.

• Offer additional loan products to current customers.

Working Conditions

In this role, you will be part of the site utilities, facilities, energy operations and maintenance team to support pharmaceutical manufacturing activities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The UFM intern's key responsibilities and opportunities:
· Work under the guidance of UFM Lead and engineers
· Understand and work in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
· Be integral part of utilities, facilities team to support daily operational activities
· Support the maintenance, calibration and reliability program for utilities and facilities
· Propose improvement ideas and execute projects related to utilities, facilities, and energy savings
· Carry out real time problem solving and actions follow up
· Actively participate in group meeting discussions and project team meetings
· Partner the team and provide fresh perspectives to improve the team’s operations and productivity
· Develop competencies in areas such as: Project management; pharmaceutical manufacturing; utilities & facilities management; maintenance and reliability, engineering; root cause analysis (RCA); Lean six sigma program; pharma and safety engineering design standards

What you’ll be doing:

• Working with a global team of BMC/SBIOS developers on NVIDIA server designs.

• Designing and developing performance optimized active monitoring firmware solutions using DMTF Standards including MCTP, Redfish, SPDM and PLDM specifications.

• Instrumenting code to ensure maximum code coverage, writing and automating unit tests for each implemented module and maintain detailed unit test case reports.

• Providing software quality reports based on static analysis, code coverage, CPU load.

• Working closely with hardware teams to influence hardware design and review HW architecture & schematics.

• Collaborate with QA/Test architects to come up with proper test tools and automation for qualifying the whole system software and firmware stack.

What we need to see:

• MS, or PhD in EE/CS or related field of education with active development using Python and C/C++ as primary programming language using Linux as OS.

• System knowledge - how platform management works - areas like BMC-BIOS communication, thermal management, power management, firmware update, device monitoring, firmware security, etc.

• Experience with C/C++ development, bash/python for scripting, and debugging skills in embedded Linux operating environments.

• Experience in Git operation .

• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, good work ethics, high sense of team-work, love to produce quality work and commitment to finish your tasks every single day.

• You are a self-starter who loves to find creative solutions to complicated problems.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Familiarity with the architecture of datacenter server hardware and experience with the in-band and out-of-band management of firmware and hardware components.

• Understanding on REST architecture style especially JSON over HTTPs with OAuth.
